Congratulations to Nathaneal Dean our Employee of the Month for November 2020.

Nathaneal has been recognised for his hard work throughout 2020, which has been a difficult year for everyone.  Nathaneal has remained loyal to his Labour Manager, despite the uncertain times and has never let us or the client down on site. He has been working solidly with the client on a residential project in Sydney to ensure completion by the end of year.

Nathaneal has become an integral part of the team over recent months, he gets on with the task at hand and needs minimal supervision. Nathaneal always shows up to work with the focus to put in a full-days hard work. He takes pride in his work and is a pleasure to have on site each day.

We asked Nathaneal to describe his experience working with Brix Projects…..

From the start Brix Projects have looked after me , they are supportive and have always kept me informed during the process, which has resulted in me being placed on some great sites and offered long-term work. Tony is easy to deal with and if I ever have any issues or concerns he is always available for a chat. I am confident Tony will keep me in work next year and look forward to working on more construction sites around Sydney.

2020 has not been easy so far, recent events have impacted our clients sites and our ability to keep everyone in work. However, during these difficult periods Simone has continued to work hard, he has also remained positive and loyal to Brix Projects and we would like to say a huge thank you for this.
