With over 20 years’ experience, our business support team works across the construction Industry covering roles which include but are not limited to – Reception, Administration, Customer Service, Office Managers, Accounts Administrators, Accounts staff- AP, AR , Payroll, Finance Managers, Marketing and Sales professionals and all temporary office support

Brooke joined us recently as the newest member of our growing business support team. She brings with her 5 solid years of recruitment experience with large global organisations both in the UK and Australia. Brooke is a passionate and highly effective recruiter, focused on attracting top talent, forging solid relationships and delivering outstanding results for candidates and businesses alike.

What we really love about Brooke is her positivity and out-going personality. It’s clear from the moment you met Brooke that her determination and passion to succeed is second to none. Our Construction team speak your language, having hands on experience and vast industry knowledge they recruit all technical roles including but not limited to Construction Managers, Project Managers, Junior Project Managers, Site Managers, Senior Contract Administrators, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers, Foreman, Leading Hand, Estimators and Cadets.

Josh is a very friendly, approachable recruiter who is a natural communicator, he will be specializing in the placement of Leading Hands through to Construction Managers across commercial, education, retail, residential, healthcare, age care, industrial and hospitality – covering D&C, new build, refurbishment and fit out.

He always gives his 100% and highly values the importance of maintaining healthy, ongoing business relationships through demonstrating reliability, honesty and efficiency at all times. It is because of these skills that clients and candidates will always come to Josh before our competitors and why we have already seen massive traction from Josh in the last few months, we are so excited to see where he goes at Brix Projects!

Having spent his career so far in a sales and customer service environment, Josh has formed a genuine passion for talking to people at all levels. His experience started 5 years ago in London with a rec2rec agency. Josh was soon promoted into a senior recruiter role and with a keen interest in the construction industry he moved into this sector where he stayed for 2 years before deciding to travel the world with his two best friends.
