Our client is a well-known and highly respected construction company specialising in commercial and residential building in the Sydney area. They have been experiencing steady growth over the last 12 months. Now, they are seeking both junior and senior Excavator Operators to join their small civil infrastructure firm based in Sydney.
The client, a civil infrastructure firm requires an experienced civil skilled excavator operator to start civil work, location: Sydney. They are in the process of expanding their team and are seeking an experienced excavator plant operator.
About the excavator operator job role
You will be operating in an excavator job in Sydney. You will be utilising a variety of Excavators and must be happy to help out on the ground off the machine. This will be a long term position with the opportunity to go full time for the right Operator.
Excavator Operator Skills and Experience Required
- At least 3 years’ experience Operating Excavators
- Must hold a certificate of competency for an excavator
- Other machine tickets highly regarded but not essential
- Experienced and confident in final trim, detail and bulk works
- Solid experience working on commercial construction sites
- Have a good working idea of mechanics
- Excellent communication skills
- Construction White Card and PPE
