Ultimate Sydney Competition T&C’s

The Promoter
1. The promoter is Brix Projects Pty Ltd in conjunction with Ultimate Adventure Travel Pty Ltd (ABN: 91 133 215 166).

Conditions of Entry:
2. All entries must be submitted via our competition form on the Brix Projects website.
3. Eligibility information and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual that renders themself an Eligible Entrant is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry is open to residents of countries eligible to travel and work in Australia and must be aged 18 years or older. Further guidance on this can be obtained here.
5. Entries must comply with the requirements set out in the “Eligibility for Promotion” terms stated in these Conditions of Entry”
6. Employees of Brix Projects & Ultimate Travel are not eligible to enter this competition.

Duration of Promotional Period
7. The promotion commences from launch date and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 31st May 2022. (Promotion Period).
8. A Prize Winner will be drawn from the pool of Eligible Entrants who have submitted their competition entry form during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility for Promotion
9. There will be one (1) Prize Winner selected from the Eligible Entrants across the Promotion Period.
10. The Prize Winner must be able to provide a current and valid Passport to accept and redeem the prize.
11. The Prize Winner must obtain the necessary visa to travel to Australia to redeem this prize. The Prize Winner must be legally able to travel to Australia in line with the requirements to enter the country at the time of travel. This includes all Covid vaccination requirements for entry into Australia.
12. The competition is not eligible for residents or visa holders already living in Australia.
Selection Process
13. The competition winner will be selected and the Prize Winner will be notified via email on 1st June 2022.
14. The winner must claim their prize (by responding to Brix Projects communication by email or phone) before Wednesday 15th June 2022 or the prize will be forfeited. Brix Projects & Ultimate may extend the submission or voting period of time at their sole discretion.
15. Multiple entries per person are not permitted. To Enter, you must complete the submission form via the BRIX Project website.
16. By entering this competition, you consent to be being subscribed to receive marketing content from Brix Projects & Ultimate Travel. You have the option to opt out of ongoing communication. Brix Projects & Ultimate Travel will not share your contact details with any other third party.
17. The Prize Winner will be determined by a random [computer generated] prize draw completed at the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an ineligible entrant is drawn. The Prize Winner need not be present at the draw.
18. The Prize Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media accounts the next business day after the prize draw.
19. Eligible Entrants who participate in the Promotion (including by accepting a Prize) consent to their name being announced publicly if they are selected as the Prize Winner or the winner of an unclaimed prize draw.
20. In the event that the Prize Winner does not claim their prize, there will be an unclaimed prize draw. This will be a random [computer generated] prize draw. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email or telephone on the day of the unclaimed prize draw. All terms applicable to the Prize Winner will also apply to any winner of an unclaimed prize draw.
21. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the promotion.

Prize Details: 
22. The competition winner will be awarded Return Flights to Sydney and an 8 Day UltimateOz Sydney arrival tour. Full inclusions for the 8 Day UltimateOz Sydney arrival tour are listed here.
23. The prize also includes arrival Transfer from Sydney airport to your accommodation.
24. Flights must be economy or basic economy. The specifics of the prize (e.g., Airline, Departure Destination, Travel Dates) shall be solely determined by the Promoter in accordance with the winner.
25. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Once purchased, the flight will be completely managed by the winner. Brix Projects holds no responsibility for missed or changed flights following purchase. The prize is non-transferable.
26. Brix Projects shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
